Cancellation & Refund Policy

Desi Toys believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

 

·         Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if we have initiated and processed the order.

·          In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our email id: contactus@desitoys.in . The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products.

·         In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to our notice  by reporting the same on our email id: contactus@desitoys.in  within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint  will take an appropriate decision.

·          Once the cancellation/replacement request is Approved after due verification & consideration if any, then the full amount except the courier charges will be refunded to the customer via original method of payment withing 15 to 20 working days.

           If the customer raises a return request to return the damaged/unsatisfactory product, he/she will have to bear the shipping/courier charges.

           If the customer has paid twice for one transaction, the amount of one transaction will be refunded via same source withing 15 to 20 working days.
