'Desi Toys' is an India inspired brand offering Traditional, Iconic and Timeless Indian toys and games which are fun, engaging and skill enhancing with superior quality keeping the nostalgic factor and Indianess alive in each of the product. Currently all products are made in India.
What are the logistic charges?
In India, shipping is free for all orders of Rs.499 and above. For order value lesser than Rs.499, there will be a shipping fee of Rs.75 only.
Shipping charges for International orders would be based on the weight of the products ordered.
In how much time the order is delivered?
Once order is placed, the order is dispatched within the next 1 to 2 working days. Depending on the distance, it takes approximately 3-7 working days for deliveries in India. For deliveries outside India, it will take 7-15 working days. Tracking details will be shared once the orders are dispatched
What are your Return policies?
Please send us a mail at contactus@desitoys.in giving reasons for returning the product within 48 hours of accepting the delivery.
What are the payment options available?
We accept payment through credit/debit card and Net Banking. Currently COD option is available for total order value of Rs.499 and above within India only. For customers outside India, we accept payments through Paypal & Razorpay payment gateways.
