Cancellation & Refund Policy
Desi Toys believes in helping their customers as much as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if we have initiated and processed the order.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our email id: firstname.lastname@example.org . The request will, however, be entertained once we have physically checked the product and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to our notice by reporting the same on our email id: email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
If the customer wants to raise a return request, he/she will have to communicate the request on email id: firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Only after approval from us, the customer needs book the courier and return the order to our warehouse address mentioned below,

Once the cancellation/replacement request is approved after physical verification & consideration if any, then the full amount except the courier charges (to and fro) and COD charges will be refunded to the customer via original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
If the customer has paid twice for one transaction, kindly communicate to us via email and the amount of one transaction will be refunded via same source within 7 to 10 working days.
